ARM 的架構本來就是走 low power 比較強，clock 方面其實 apple 已經拉得很高了，足以符合一般人的需求

直覺覺得 risc 會比較容易衝高時脈，畢竟指令相對單純。且 mobile 跟 server 的架構我相信會不同優化方向，現在看 m1 數據就做此推斷好像有點早。
